Program:
6:00 pm – 6:50 pm: Warm-up and activation using the rhythm of the Batá drums. Focus on movement, energy, and body alignment. Orisha Obatalá.
6:50 pm – 7:00 pm: (Break)
7:00 pm – 7:50 pm: Orisha Babalú Ayé
7:50 pm – 8:00 pm (Break)
8:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Social Dance / Rueda de Casino
